Section 5: Free Shipping Details

Get free standard shipping on all US orders over $75!

  • Automatically applied at checkout โ€“ no coupon code needed
  • Excludes Express and Overnight shipping
  • Free shipping threshold calculated after discounts but before taxes
  • Returns of free shipping orders: Shipping cost ($5.99) will be deducted from refund if order total drops below $75 after return

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  1. Email notification with tracking number
  2. SMS alert (if you opted in at checkout)
  3. Tracking link to monitor your package in real time

Section 7: International Shipping โ€“ Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important information for international customers:

You are responsible for:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country
  • Any brokerage or handling fees charged by local carriers

We cannot:

  • Predict or calculate exact customs fees (varies by country)
  • Mark packages as “gift” to avoid duties (illegal)
  • Refund customs fees for refused or unclaimed packages

How to estimate customs fees:
Check with your local customs office or use an online duty calculator before ordering.

Note: Orders refused due to customs fees will not be refunded for shipping costs. Return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.


Section 8: Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors, front desk, or mailroom
  2. Wait 2โ€“3 days (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)
  3. Contact us at shipping@echosportswear.com โ€“ we’ll open an investigation

Echo is not responsible for lost packages after “delivered” status. We will, however, help you file claims with the carrier.

Stolen Packages
We recommend shipping to a secure location (home, office, locker). Echo is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Consider using:

  • Amazon Locker (select locations)
  • UPS Access Point
  • Work address (if allowed)

Delayed Packages
Carriers sometimes experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume. We cannot refund shipping costs for carrier delays beyond our control.


Section 9: Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

  • Delivery may take 1โ€“2 additional days

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
โœ… Yes, we proudly ship to military addresses

  • Use USPS Priority Mail (standard shipping rates apply)
  • Delivery typically takes 10โ€“20 business days
  • Tracking may be limited once package leaves the US

Section 10: Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • Certain restricted countries (see list at checkout)
  • Freight forwarders (we reserve the right to cancel such orders)
  • Some remote or rural addresses (carrier limitations)

Hazardous materials: We do not ship any hazardous materials. All Echo products are safe for standard shipping.


Section 11: Split Shipments (Multiple Items)

If you order multiple items:

  • Items in stock: Ship immediately
  • Pre-order or backordered items: Ship separately when available
  • You only pay shipping once โ€“ no extra charges for split shipments
  • Tracking provided for each package

Section 12: Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Need to ship to different addresses?
Currently, our system only supports one shipping address per order. For multiple addresses:

  • Place separate orders for each address
  • Contact custom@echosportswear.com for team/bulk orders with multiple shipping destinations

Order early for holidays! Delivery times increase during peak seasons.

Section 14: Shipping FAQs

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@echosportswear.com. After that, the order may already be processed and cannot be changed.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Every order receives a tracking number via email once shipped.

Q: Why hasn’t my tracking updated in days?

Carriers sometimes miss scans. Try checking again in 24โ€“48 hours. If no update after 5 days, contact us.

Q: Do you ship on weekends?

We process orders Mondayโ€“Friday. Carriers pick up Mondayโ€“Friday (Saturday for some USPS locations). No Sunday shipping.

Q: Can I expedite processing for an additional fee?

Unfortunately, no. However, Express shipping reduces transit time once processed.

Q: What if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or unclaimed status, we will refund the order minus shipping costs. You may reorder with correct address.

Q: Do you offer carbon-neutral shipping?

Not yet, but we’re exploring eco-friendly shipping options. Stay tuned!


Section 15: Bulk & Custom Order Shipping

For team kits, wholesale, and private label orders:

  • Shipping timeline quoted separately in your invoice
  • Typically 3โ€“4 weeks production + 5โ€“7 days shipping
  • Tracking provided for entire pallet or multiple boxes
  • Freight shipping available for very large orders (contact custom@echosportswear.com)

Section 16: Shipping Insurance

Protect your package:

  • Standard shipping includes basic coverage up to $100
  • For orders over $100, we recommend Route Package Protection (available at checkout)
  • Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages for full replacement value
