Q: Can I return an item I received as a gift?

Yes. If you have the order number or the recipient’s name/email, we can process a return for store credit. Without order information, we cannot verify the purchase.

Q: I lost my return label. Can I get another?

Yes. Log into the Returns Portal and request a new label, or email support@echosportswear.com.

Q: Can I return multiple orders in one box?

Yes. Include a note inside with all order numbers. We’ll process each return separately.

Q: What if my return is lost in the mail?

Keep your tracking number. If the carrier shows “delivered” but we haven’t processed it within 10 business days, contact us. We are not responsible for returns lost without tracking.

Q: Do you offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale after I buy it?

Yes, within 7 days of purchase. Email support with your order number, and we’ll refund the difference as store credit.

Q: Can I return an item I bought on sale?

Items discounted 40% or more are final sale. Items discounted less than 40% follow standard return policy.
