Q1: How do I place an order on Echo Sports Wear?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired product, choose size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Q3: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your full credit card details.
Q4: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@echosportswear.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. For bulk or custom orders, we can provide a detailed invoice upon request.
Sizing & Fit
Q6: How do I find my correct size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart. For best results, measure your chest, waist, hips, and inseam, then compare to our chart. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a compression fit.
Q7: Do Echo products fit true to size?
Yes. Our sizing is standard athletic fit. However, some sports (like rugby or swimming) may fit differently. Always check the specific size chart for each product category.
Q8: What if I order the wrong size?
No worries. We offer 30-day returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our Returns section below for details.
Q9: Do you offer plus sizes or youth sizes?
Yes. Most Echo products range from XS to XXL (and sometimes 3XL). Select products also available in youth sizes. Check individual product pages for available sizes.
Q10: I’m between sizes. What should I do?
If you prefer a snug, performance fit, size down. If you prefer a relaxed, casual fit, size up. For team sports like soccer or basketball, many athletes size up for layering over base garments.
Shipping & Delivery
Q11: How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 5โ7 business days within the US, 7โ14 business days international.
Express shipping: 2โ3 business days (US only).
Processing time: 1โ2 business days before shipping.
Q12: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

US: $5.99 standard / $14.99 express
International: Calculated at checkout based on location

Q14: Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Q15: My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link. If delivery has exceeded the estimated timeframe, contact us at shipping@echosportswear.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate immediately.
Q16: Do you ship to PO boxes or APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery may take slightly longer.
Returns & Exchanges
Q17: What is your return policy?
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
Q18: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Visit our Returns Portal (link in your order confirmation email), enter your order number and email, select the items you wish to return, and print your prepaid return label (US only). Pack your items securely and drop off at any carrier location.
Q19: Who pays for return shipping?
For defective items or errors on our part: We cover return shipping.
For size changes or buyer’s remorse: Customer covers return shipping. Exchange shipping is free for the replacement item.
Q20: How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5โ7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3โ5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Q21: Can I exchange an item instead of returning?
Yes. Follow the same return process and select “Exchange” instead of “Return.” We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your original item (or immediately if you choose the “Instant Exchange” option with a hold on your card).
Q22: My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
We’re sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@echosportswear.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Product Care
Q23: How should I wash my Echo apparel?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Use mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly on prints or logos.
Q24: Will the colors fade after washing?
Echo uses fade-resistant dyes and printing techniques. However, to maximize color life, wash inside out in cold water and avoid prolonged sun exposure when drying.
Q25: Is Echo fabric moisture-wicking?
Yes. All Echo performance apparel features advanced moisture-wicking technology that pulls sweat away from your skin and accelerates evaporation.
Q26: Are Echo products anti-odor?
Most Echo products feature anti-microbial and anti-odor finishes to keep gear fresher longerโeven after intense training sessions.
Q27: Is the swimwear chlorine-resistant?
Yes. Our swimming apparel is made from chlorine-resistant polyester-spandex blends designed to withstand pool chemicals longer than standard swimwear.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Q28: Do you offer custom team kits?
Absolutely. We can add your logo, player names, numbers, and custom colors to jerseys, shorts, and training wear. Minimum order: 10 pieces. Turnaround: 3โ4 weeks.
Q29: How do I request a custom order quote?
Fill out our Custom Order Form (link below) or email custom@echosportswear.com with your sport, quantity, desired products, and any design files. We’ll respond within 2 business days.
Q30: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Q31: Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
